Is everything I order online in stock?
Answer: No. Our online store is a NASCAR merchandise catalog of
everything that is scheduled to be produced and made available to
us. We determine what items we stock based on orders and preorder
demands from our customers and the current performance of the
drivers on the race track. Our online catalog is huge and no one
private company could possibly stock every item listed. We cannot
guarantee product availability or a set delivery date. All
non-stock or out of stock items normally arrives to us within 6-8
business
days. Our company goal is to provide the most comprehensive
catalog of NASCAR merchandise that's available for purchase to the
retail market at a fair and competitive price.

Why do you list all types of merchandise that may
be in stock or special order? We feel as a company it is better
to offer the NASCAR fans a more complete catalog of merchandise.
Most online websites offer the consumers the top tier drivers and
make available the most popular items for purchase. We feel that
offering the NASCAR fans a more complete selection of merchandise
for every driver gives the NASCAR fans a broader choice for their
favorite drivers.

When is the 2008 merchandise scheduled to start
shipping? The 2008 merchandise listed will become available the
months of January-February & April-May. We list approximate availability
dates when we list each product whenever possible. The product
normally becomes available 90 days after the listing date. We cannot guarantee the
exact arrival dates on any given products because of productions
delays, team approval issues, and production scheduling issues. Some
2008 items are scheduled for May because of late team approvals.
Please be patient, we make every effort to ship everything in a
timely manner on a first come , first serve basis.

I have seen my merchandise at Trackside or at the
Race Track how come you do not have it yet? Answer: Trackside or
the race events get all their products before any other authorized
outlets. This is practice is largely due to sponsor and team
obligations to keep the Trackside Trailers full of inventory.

If you are out of stock or the supplier is out of
stock how long does it normally take to get the item back into your
warehouse? Answer: This depends greatly upon the item. The
diecast collectibles are produced only one time and once they become
sold-out they are normally no longer available. If an apparel item
or other novelty item is out of our stock it usually takes 7 working
days to arrive back into our inventory. It can take up to 6-8 weeks
to arrive back into our inventory if the supplier or warehouse is
out of the particular item.

My credit card shows merchandise billed to me but
I have not received it? If your credit card shows a charge from
us it is because we are processing your order and all items you
ordered may not of arrived yet or may be a pre-order. Some items maybe an advanced or
pre-order item or we may be waiting for the item to arrive back into
inventory. If you have multiple items or orders we are
holding these items to save you from excessive shipping charges.

How do I return an item I purchased? Answer:
You may return an item purchased be emailing to get an RGA number, All shipping cost to and from are the expense of the
purchaser. We do not refund freight charges for returned items that
are not the fault of us the supplier. No refunds after 15 days.
Diecast collectibles are non-refundable and may be only exchanged.
All sales after 15 days are considered final.

If I place an order and my credit card is
declined or my address information does not match what happens to my
order? Answer: We make every effort to call or email you
concerning your payment problem. If we do not here anything from you
by either email or phone within 48 hours from the time of us
contacting you by email or phone, then your item will be sold to the
next customer in line for that item. Correct billing information and
credit responsibilities are that of the purchasers. We verify all
card holders billing addresses to protect valid card holders from
potently fraudulent charges.

What do you mean by the card holder billing
address? Answer: This is the address that the credit card
company has on file from (you) the card holder that they send their
bill to. We do not need the billing address of the bank, credit
union, or other financial institutions.

Does the online store bill my credit card at the
time of purchase? Answer: No. The online store does not charge
anything at the time of purchase. All credit cards are billed at the
time of shipment, unless we are holding items for you to go with
that order or other orders you have pending with us. We may bill
items to your credit card as they arrive for your order. We do this
to reserve this item for you, also to take the item out of our
inventory, and to make sure the purchaser is credit worthy to hold
the merchandise for future shipment. We try to ship as much
merchandise at one time to save on excessive shipping charges.

How can I track my package or shipments from you?
We send all shipment information to UPS at the time of shipment. If
you provide an incorrect email address, change your email address,
or misspell your email address you will not receive a UPS tracking
notice from the UPS package server. Please note: Most mail servers
like AOL, Yahoo and others pick the UPS package notification email
up as SPAM and send this email to your SPAM folder. Please look in
your SPAM folders for your UPS tracking information. Important
Note: The order confirmation sent at the time of purchase does not
provide a link to the UPS tracking information.

Do you have a retail location that I can
visit? Answer: Yes. We have a 3,500 sq ft. retail location in
Colonial Heights Virginia.

Can you provide a list of items on backorder for
me? Answer: Yes. We can provide a list of items that are on
backorder for you. You may request this by email

please include a valid fax number if one is available. This makes
the process of giving this information faster than typing the
information in email format.

If I order something that is a preorder may I
cancel this? Answer: You may cancel any preorder item prior to
it's arrival but not after. Persistent canceling of preorder
merchandise will loose your privileges with us to preorder
merchandise in the future. Please do not order merchandise you do
not want as most NASCAR merchandise is produced as a limited edition
and this poor buying practice takes away from others who may really
want the item.

domains names

www.racestoreonline.com.
The two sites have some common features and also offer some
exclusive specials unique to each website.
